Subscriptions
Not everything you spend on AI goes through an API. Flat-rate seats — ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and the rest — are a real, often large slice of a team's AI bill, and Mizan tracks them alongside your routed usage from Configuration → Connections.
The idea
Add the recurring AI tools you pay for so they count toward the same Overview totals as your wallet and BYOK spend — one honest number for everything you spend on AI, not just what happens to flow through a router.
Adding one
Three ways, from the Connections page:
- Connect your inbox — Gmail or Outlook, scoped to billing emails only. Mizan detects subscription receipts automatically as they arrive.
- Upload a receipt — a PDF or image invoice, parsed automatically into a subscription entry.
- Add manually — name, provider, amount, and monthly or yearly billing period.
Where it shows up
Overview compares this month's active subscription cost against last month's as its own stat card, and stacks subscription cost on top of routed spend in the daily chart — so the total you see is your real all-in AI bill, not just what went through the router.
